Exterior lights won't switch off

I have a 2006 Urban Fox and all my exterior lights will not switch off. I have temporarily removed the earth lead from the battery. PLEASE HELP

Does anyone know if my car has a relay and if so, where is it placed?

I think that is a problem with what is known as the “Onboard supply control unit” which contains all the main relays and controls most of the cars functions; it is sometimes referred to as the body control unit. This is not user replaceable unless you have a registered version of VAG-COM as the new unit has to be coded.
