    Vw k70

The K70 is a very solid VW. Built with the Swedish market in mind it rides very high to prevent contact with road grit and snow, giving it a somewhat ungainly appearance. There are 20 known right hand drive K70s registered in the UK. Different models are the standard K70 (, K

Google 'K70 slammed' to see what one looks like with some sympathetic suspension. Fairly 'bad ***'. Not for everyone but I love it!

Swedish market? Anyway, personally I prefer the K70's development program sister car, far cooler and still looks modern. Mind you the 70 did have quite an enthusiastic engine for its capacity.

I suppose this is an assumption, based on the experience of finding that all the spares come from Sweden. It makes sense too when you consider the high ride and the historical links between germany and sweden. It seems entirely logical that vw would make a car that suited 1970's Sweden. I don't really want a car to look modern but would be interested to see an image of the car you mention. All good with you?
