I don't think that scan has picked up the fault that has put the warning light on.
Nothing listed there would make me worry about driving the car back to the garage for them to diagnose the warning light.
What was the reason for you taking the car to the garage?

The reason for the light is not OBDII so your code reader won’t show it.

I doubt VCDS would display any more information than what the OP has been able to retrieve with their tool. It communicates using VAG protocol so is not a bog standard OBD2 tool!

If there is check engine light up, there is code stored, that triggered it.
Non of codes you posted would do that.
So OBDeleven not as good as marketed I guess.
Or very serious problem with cars ECM.

Ok thanks for all the replys, i did recently have the SAI removed and i assumed that would give me a Engine Warning Light as i have no resistor in it's place (but it never did). Only appeared after the garage so maybe it is the SAI.

If OBD11 is as good as that then there are no codes stored and the engine MIL won’t come on, let’s approach this logically, post a picture of the dash light. Another thing, removing the SAI is illegal and pointless, the system on my Octavia is identical to yours and has been extremely reliable over nearly 200k miles. Recently the pump failed and one off fleabay was 40 and not long later the inlet valve failed which was 50, not a large price to pay to ensure what comes out the back of the car is as clean as it was designed to be. Loxa - what advantage is it to post part of an AutoScan with stupid fonts and colours as some members post?

Stupid fonts and colours remove and I've put it in CODE tags, to take up less room.

Its late so I can't be bothered to post what my new app says. EOBD II Fault Codes Software
