Need some advice on a Golf Estate I want to buy

    Hi there,
I have been looking at a Volkswagen Golf estate 2005 with 55,000 miles on it. Full service history by vw
would anyone be scared off of buying this car due to age? I have been trying to look up known issues with this car but canít seem to find much... anyone know of any known issues?
    Thank you
