    Tiguan gearbox problem

Hello everyone , first of all i live in Germany , i don t speak the language so i can t ask on a german forum , I brought a tiguan last year , 48k km on clock 2.0 L Diesel 4x4 manual trans , all good but in a year of ownership i got some problema .

1 - when i use A/C after i close it a bad smell comes out of the air vents .. not much 10-20 secs but it s disgusting.. what can be the problem and how can i solve it

2 - i wanna change the oil but i m not gonna go to ********hip .. i will do it but i son t know which oil to chose and what brand of filter ..

3 - AND MOST IMPORTANT - transmission problem , laggy and especially when it s cold it s very laggy and kinda blocking when i shift , it goes into gear very very hard sometimes , especially first kms , sometimes i can t even put it in 1 , i have to push really hard and tey multiple times.. , i left one time the car in a parking space of an airport and 2 weeks later when i took the car back the gearbox was moving very very rusty and it feels very bad like it would have no oil in it like it s been seeeting for ages and it s everything dried completely, i have been to a service and they said it s “”” lifetime “”” and it does not require to be changed .. ******** ,
I want to change the oil , what oil to chose ( any links ? ) what brand what viscosity, what density, what type for a manual transmission , how many litters goes into it ? How to do the change more professional ( tips ? )
My cars book is in Deutsch and i dont understand ..
I would like to add that in the day i tested the car before to buy it i managed somehow to brake the clutch and they installed a new one ( that’s ahat they said , 1500€ cost of parts . )
Is there any changes that they installed the clutch in a wrong position? Wrong whey or to be done something bad duding installation ?
    Thought???
i m not a mechanic and i fully accept any tips advice and so go on. Thank you very much ,

Your car spec says 0, only what I've added from this post. What year is this Tiguan?

First thing is change the pollen filter.

The AC stink is bacteria and you can get fast fix deodorisers form car accessory shops but it may need a professional clean. To be honest if you need to ask such questions about an oil change is suggest you find yourself an independent garage.

    Vile Invention

Dark was that day when Diesel conceived his grim engine that begot you, vile invention, more vicious, more criminal than the camera even, metallic monstrosity, bale and bane of our culture, chief woe of our Commonweal. How dare the Law prohibit hashish and heroin yet license your use, who inflate all weak inferior egos? Their addicts only do harm to their own lives: you poison the lungs of the innocent, your din dithers the peaceful, and on choked roads hundreds must daily die by chance-medley. Nimble technicians, surely you should hang your heads in shame. Your wit works mighty wonders, has landed men on the Moon, replaced brains by computers, and can smithy a "smart" bomb. It is a crying scandal that you cannot take the time or be bothered to build us, what sanity knows we need, an odorless and noiseless staid little electric brougham.
