White smoke Passat Variant 1.4 TSI petrol

    Hello All,

I am new in the forum and quite new with VW Passat. 😊

I would like to ask if it is normal to have white smoke coming out of the exhaust.

Iíve noticed it while stuck in traffic.

Usually it looks like white steam but it never disappears even after running car for 1 hour or more.

I didnít notice any steam while driving just when standing.

Since I bought this car weather temperature never rose up more than 10C degrees.
Do you think it might be the case and it just condensate? 😊

    Thanks!

First posts normally go in introductions else you could get a free fix and we never see you again!!!

White smoke is water being burnt.

Get the cooling system pressure tested.
