    Allspace 2019 eml

Hi I have literally just bought an 2019 Tiguan Allspace 2.0 TDI 190PS DSG and have a question ! When I put key in ingnition and turn it all the warning lights come on then go off except the engine management light stays on until I actually start the engine then it goes off . Is this normal I must sound thick but it's my first vw and iv never noticed this happen on any other vehicle .

First posts normally go in introductions else you could get a free fix and we never see you again!!!

Your car spec says 0, only what I've added from this post.

Manufacturer: VW, Date(s) Used: 07/2017-, Model: Tiguan Allspace (SUV), Engine Code: DFHA, 140Kw, 190PS, 2.0 Ltr, 4 Cyls, Remarks: Turbocharged Direct Injection Common Rail (TDI-CR)

    Or

Manufacturer: VW, Date(s) Used: 01/2019-, Model: Tiguan Allspace (SUV), Engine Code: DNLA, 140Kw, 190PS, 2.0 Ltr, 4 Cyls, Remarks: Turbo Fuel Stratified Injection (TFSI)

Its under warranty take it back.

Ok I've changed the engine type.

The easiest way to find the engine code and PR codes is of the data sticker. Check is says DNLA and not DFHA as they are both 190PS. Data Sticker/Options Sticker and Engine Codes
