Thread: 2006 jetta 2.0 fsi non start.

    so, i'm still struggling with this problem,

    looks like the pump is getting some power but not enough as when i turn the ignition on the fuel gauge works (shows the level of fuel in the tank),

    i've traced as much of the wiring harness from the pump as far as i can upto the A pillar using a power probe, & cant see/find any shorts/breaks in the wire, but it's still showing fault code P025c.

    so, up to there i'm still stuck, seriously thinking of putting the car up for sale as non runner if i can get this sorted.

    hi crasher thanks for the offer,

    i would bring it to you but i can't for a few reasons,

    1; i don't know where you are based.
    2; funds, can't afford to pay someone to have a look at it at the moment (stuck on long term sick).
    3; can't move it as it won't start & can't afford to get it towed anywhere.
