Headlight aim adjustment screws on Touran

I need to adjust the aim of the front lights on my 2010 Touran (old model before the facelift), but there are four adjustment screws and I have been unable to find out what each does. I can probably find out by trial and error, but would rather know for sure before I start adjusting. I have attached a photo of the four screws. Is anyone able to tell me what each screw is for?
    Thanks in advance.

First posts normally go in introductions else you could get a free fix and we never see you again!!!

Your car spec only says 2010 Touran no engine size/type.

    Maybe Crasher can tell you.

    Hi Keith,

Thanks for reminding me about the introduction and engine spec. I've now remedied these.

Thanks Crasher, but why then are there four adjustment screws? Do you know what the other two are for?
