Caddy 2.0 TDI BMM engine replacement

    Hi all,

New to the forum, just bought a 2008 Caddy Maxi C20 that needs a new engine as the piston/ con-rod has tried to make an exit out of the block.

Looking at dropping in a recon/ good used engine.

    It's a BMM code 2.0 TDI PD 140hp

Seen a website online: enginesod that sells reconditioned VW engines at an unbelievable price with 18 months warranty, but not sure how kosher the company is?

Has anyone had any experience with them?

    https://www.enginesod.com/audi/recon...cluded-engine/

    Thanks for reading.

A Caddy with a BMM, a rare rare thing! A VAG exchange engine is £6700 which is not a lot more than adds up, less than a grand, well you take the gamble, not me...
