Faulty glow plug or faulty injector, injector failure on the CAYD/E engine is a HUGE problem, one of my suppliers has 3242 new VDO units in stock which is over £2 million of stock at their retail price on one part number...

For what, injector or glow plug? Do a code read first as it has glow plug monitoring.
Hiya mate
I did a scan and no fault codes what so ever. I did look at live data and I took this picture can you let me know if this look ok.

Injector two is not good, anything over +/-1 is a problem. I would still chnage the glow plugs, they are considered a service item and start to fail at around 100K miles.

The glow plugs are VW 059 963 319 AB for Beru (their number GE133 ), 03L 963 319 D for Bosch (their number 0 250 403 009) and if you have NGK |(their number 8926), VW state to go to Beru or Bosch; as they are all 4.4v after glow capable you should not need to recode to use a different brand, I like Beru glow plugs.

The only aftermarket injectors we will use on these is by VDO Conti when they are available, their part number A2C9626040080 but they are not a lot less than the genuine VW exchange unit 03L 130 277 SX at £498.67. Remember it is critically important to change the retaining bolt WHT 003 187 as if it is reused it will almost certainly snap and that isn't good news. Remember that the seals of the adjacent injector will need changing.
