2013 Crafter Powertrain errors - Regen?

Hi,

I have a 2013 VW Crafter that's the base of a motorhome.
I've started getting the orange solid warning light coming and going - I assume it clears after a certain amount of time?), and when I connect an OBD unit, I get errors related to Powertrain (see attached screenshot). On the last trip, the engine started sounding quite rough - a bit like it was grating or missing a beat.
I had no noticeable loss of power or any other symptoms.

The dealer has suggested a "regen" - something to do with soot in a filter (apologies, not that knowledgeable on this), but they didn't sound too convincing (or convinced) - would this be something that would likely remove these issues?

I did see another post that mentioned a couple of the codes and mentioned a regen, but as far as I know, it's not in limp mode, and unsure if it's related to the 'roughness' of the engine sound.

Appreciate any guidance I can get

I am not great with Crafters as we have little to do with them but that needs more than a forced regen. I needs a proper diagnostic session using VCDS or ODIS preferably to guide the operator to what is wrong, it is known as Guided fault Finding.
