Cylinder head replacement

Hi,

does anyone have experience changing cylinder heads on an AAZ engine?

I have taken the head off mine part no. 028 103 373 J

I can only find parts with numbers
028 103 351B
028 103 265 F

Does anyone know if these will fit? Are they generic to what extent?
