Difficulty engaging gears

I have VW t2 bay. When I come off motorway after a couple of hours I seem to struggle with the gears. Does anyone else have this problem ?

i had similar problem, changed gearbox oil found out it was low too seemed to solve the issue.

I would suggest a synthetic oil and the addition of Slick 50 gearbox additive, it works.
