Passat B7 manual trans. Gearbox oil

Alright Folks,
passat estate 2013 2.0tdi 106 000 on clock 6speed manual.
Going to change gearbox oil but cant find in manual type of oil better use as vw manual state manual gearboxes no need to change oil.(wierd)
Sometimes cant get in reverse gear and feel that 2nd gear is a bit hard to shift!
Any recomendations will be appreciated!

I would guess at your gearbox code is NGB.

Manufacturer: VW, Date(s) Used: 07/2011-06/2014, Model: Passat/Variant/4Motion, Transmission Code: NGB, Transmission Type: 6S

AD shows 2008-11 Passat 2.0 TDI-CR, 70W/75 Synthetic - 2.3 litres.

ETKA shows G 052 171 A2 - £22.75 litre.
