Remap 1.6tdi

Hello I’m looking to get my 2014 1.6 tdi high line caddy maxi remapped later on in the year, I have heard that there are 2 different 1.6 tdi engines, I know that mine is a 102bhp model but apparently one of them can only be remapped to 130bhp as apposed to 145bhp, is there any way of finding out which engine I have in mine? It’s a late 2014 caddy not sure if that helps?

Yes, key stroke error... these engines have terrible running problems with common injector, EGR and DPF problems so my advice (as a remapper) is leave it alone PRE EA189 recall and live with it.
