There is no fuse, the Body Control Module (called J519) provides the power and short protection. The left DRL is powered from the BCM at position 4 of the black 46 position plug on the BCM along a 0.5mm csa white/blue wire into a coupling station in the left of the engine bay and then continues to the DRL. You need VCDS or similar to continue as the BCM may not reinstate the circuit no matter what you do until the fault code is cleared.
