invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module

Hi recently took my VW CC into the garage to diagnose a engine management light. Diagnostics reported it was being caused by "O2 sensor signal stuck rich bank 1 sensor 2"I planned to return the next day to replace sensor.
10 mins after leaving the garage multiple amber warning lights came up (ABS, ESP, TPMS, steering & electronic parking brake) and stayed on.

Straight away did a Re-diagnostic. Faults read:
-invalid data received from vehicle dynamics control module
-databus error value received
-check online function
-control software module incompatible
(See image attached)

Any ideas what happened to cause this and potential fix?

Myself and mechanic are stumped

The sensor is easy, the other errors need the car to go on the dealer system ODIS under Guided Fault Finding and Software Version Management plus putting the odd codes into the Technical Product Information (AKA red book) section to see if any are known faults with procedures such as software updates and action codes. A few months ago a local garage brought me a Golf 7 where the TPMS warning kept popping up for no good reason (four brand new Michelins) and I found a TPI about this and an action code that performed a software level update and so far so good. Last week I had a very late Golf7 GTTDI come in with a strange DPF code and I found a perfect matching TPI and ODIS said the update was need and there but then refused to do it saying I had no connection to the “mirror server” but I did!

Mine did the same thing a couple of days ago. Exactly the same lights came on as I pressed the break peddal. It gave me a slight jitter at the bottom like the ABS was kind of kicking in but after driving about 3 miles, they all disappeared and it's fine now.
