I'm thinking about purchasing a 4bar fuel pressure regulator for my mk4 gti 1.8t it standard other than turbo turned up abit air filter and cat back exhaust what differences will I notice withe the 4bar?

The 4 bar regulator will make a small difference to snap acceleration enrichment but the increased fuelling it provides is would back in a few seconds by the reading from the lambda sensor. Without the ECU being re-calibrated to make good use of it, you will be spending £102.11 on part number 078 133 534 C (Bosch 0 280 160 575) for nothing. I fitted one to my lightly modified AUQ with an APR remap and it made bugger all difference, you could see the snap enrichment on the screen but the lambda table pulled it back in a few seconds.
