The odd thing is, that even though power folding mirrors are not shown as being available at all in the UK or Germany, they are listed on the parts system as option PR 6XE and the mirrors are available as spare parts for £136.08 per side and the switch at £27.50 but I have a feeling that the drivers and passengers window regulator motors will be required at £123.83 as the mirrors are operated through these. According to the wiring diagram there is a small wiring change required but I can’t say what as the picture file is missing! Even though they don’t list them, I imagine that a company such as Hazzy Dayz Ltd would be able to help you.

I did this on a 2009 Audi a3,very easy to do,replace mirrors,window motors,switch and code.No additional wiring was neccesary.
I shall be taking delivery of a new polo gti on monday 16th and would also like to fit rowerfold mirrors to it,however the dealers are of no help. I agree that the mirror bases will need changing as will the switch, not sure about window motors (there are many versions on etka)also not too sure about additional wiring.
Any update would be wecome.
